Η αγγλική μετάφραση "Archaeological Museum of Patras" που υπάρχει στην πινακίδα έξω από το μουσείο είναι ελληνο-αγγλικά για κλάμματα. "Patras Archaeology Museum" είναι ένας πολύ πιο δόκιμος όρος.
