Вид - ничего особенного, сама обзорная площадка совсем небольшая. Когда мы были - кафе было закрыто, а так, подниматься стоит наверно только ради него.

If you ended up at Potsdamer Pl (which is such a strange place, why go there?) then go see the city from above. It’s not at all as high up as Fernsehturm, but it’s fun and you are outside.

Very pleasant scenic spot for view lovers :) Pretty high admission fee (7,5€) but view is great and not at all crowded (on a weekday). Cafe house is nice but not so good.

You're going up with EU's fastest elevator ,95 meters in less than 7 seconds. Said to be the best Berlin panoramic view can be seen here. Ps:Berlin is ugly.
