For an authorized Apple dealer, they take way too long to serve you. And if you forgot your receipt, don't even think that they'd allow you your warranty claim. Poor service all round

Service is bad, it seems the standard answer to inquiries or repair requests is "I am sorry, we can't repair this. You have to get a new set!" 😡

Terrible located! Have to search around the entire Machines store at Mid Valley finally located outside ! Don't even have a paper cup for water on the deck and not even a drop of water at the bottle!
