don't expect to get over with anything any tym soon, slow service, y dnt they improve this first,rather than upgrading to T20 :P ... obviously there'll be a way to fast the process .

They are just living on there own world doesn't care about how many customers are waiting for the service at least make some arrangements for customers to wait comfortably

before u come in.. keep in mind you will have to wait minimum one or two hours befor you can reach counter for service.

want some information? wait straight in queue.. usually 10 to 15 customers in line and only one information service counter.

Most of the time Counters without customer service staff. U cant do anything else the whole day than waiting in the queue
