This is one guys opinion and it should be disregarded. Open I checking account, ever think of that? Or go to your own bank. Almost every bank charges a fee to cash a check

some of the worst tellers I've ever worked with, I will never step foot in a PNC again. They keep flip flopping on their rules. Thats what you get from a bank from PA I guess.
