Used the self service station for the first time. I loved it. I recommend using this if you can, then there is no need to stand in a long line. I was in and out.

This is easily the worst branch in Cleveland, with Lakewood running a close second. The tip below details everything that is wrong with this location nicely. It's unbelievable.

The service here is slow as molasses. 10 people waiting in line for 20 min and only 1 person working. Paged the manager but she refuses to show. Avoid if you can, find a different branch.
