staff doesn’t seem to care much about customers - no warm or genuine hi anymore. The gal was nice at the 1st window but at the 2nd window, they don’t say anything just give you the food.Turn off

Check your bag! Every time! English muffins are hard ~ check those too & have them remake it for a less crunchy one. Love that this one is so close, but they need to get it together.

McMuffins are also hard like rocks! Sent it back and got another equally as hard sandwich back! Coffee tastes burnt.... Not a one time thing! Worst McDs in Elk Grove!!!
