Seriously been waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our card payment after giving us the bill come on. Don't expect quick service

Terrible service: took ages for order despite being 2nd table in. Told that starters didn't come because we didn't say we wanted it separate from mains! Told this isn't normal & got attitude.
