Unless you have been shot or are having a heart attack, skip this home of medical misfits and hustle over to Mount Sinai on 5th and get the care that you're really expecting. In need of the basics.

Disorganized and horrible even for a public hospital. The employees are rude and at the most an 8th grade education. I'm shocked this place is allowed to exist.

To apply for medicaid its the best place to go to. Its a go in go out situation. Unlike other places where theres thousands of people waiting. The waiting area is always empty n workers r polite.

Waiting at the pharmacy feels like you've been transported back to 1980's Russia- lonngggg waits & lines, but it's worth it, for $2 a prescription! You must be in the system, though.
