You can now choose your own omalääkäri/ GP (General Practitioner). There are some nice ones here but I stick with my old one :-)

Crafting supplies in Suomalainen kirjakauppa in Columbus. Part of them were on sale :-) And you don't find them all in other Suomalainens.
