Always having AC problems, ours has broken at least 5 times in the last year.

1 elevator is always being used. Takes forever

Nice place. The only issue is that the alarm goes off quite frequently in the middle of the night (scaring the children to death).

Don't try to use the elevator after 5 if you're in a hurry...
