If you are on a shoestring budget look to head to Melba's Bar on a Sunday for $2 steak with any drink purchase. Melba's also do $2.50 Coronas on a Thursday night.

Best value purchase from the bar is prob the 6 packs of Carlton cold. A somewhat rare beer to have in aid if you are a backpacker.
