Don't stay in rooms close to central ave. The constant traffic noise paired with the flashing led sign out front will keep you awake.

I've seen seedy, & this isn't it! Wonderful place to stay, people are friendly, clean, safe, & the breakfast is awesome! Close to everything and right across the street from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming.

I don't think it is seedy at all. Plus the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful! Nice central place to stay (small pun intended).
