Rooms not ready for use. Air conditioners kept off in summer. Takes hours to cool. Waste of money

Back up and running at full speed! Great staff, wonderful management, breakfast was top notch, pool and spa are amazing, Breakfast attendent one of the best people to talk to. A must stay!!!

The spa is currently broken; it has been for more than a month. No chocolate chip cookies either. :(
