Nice hotel with a business-trip vibe if you’re into that. Rooms have a very complicated bidet situation that self cleans every few hours, making a robotic noise.

Be prepared for extras: decent WiFi, pool access, bikes, drinking water. Also, the noisy ventilation runs all night. I would recommend a less business-centric stay on Nob Hill for all that & more.

Nice hotel, but I think it is quite overpriced. Generally the hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.

Our second time staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t compliment them enough! The staff and accommodations are all amazing. They are SUPER dog friendly and even have a dog run on the roof!

Comfy, clean and with excellent service. Stayed for 3 nights in January on a business trip. Area can bit noisy at night on occasion but everything inside the hotel was on point

Exceptional service, attention to details. breakfasts, dinners, cocktails. This is the best hotel I've stayed so far (20-something countries, 200-something cities). LOVE!
