The water heater in the shower didn't work properly. 1 minute it was working then the other minute it no longer works. The airconditioner takes hours to make the room cool.

Mintak iron cakap nak hantar. Sampai sudah tak hantar. Offer amek sendiri, housekeeping dah balik. Tak jaga customer. Bad hotel.
