No one at front desk, had to use the shelf check-in kiosk. No plug outlets anywhere near the bed. Black hair on the sheets. Very disappointed in this Hyatt property.

Bring your own movies because the televisions offer a panel of all input types including component and hdmi.

The tomato basil soup is pretty good. One of the best options on their limited menu. Buy 2, they are small.
