Very pleasant hotel with great views, but the staff were a bit clueless and room cleaning was minimal at best. Could have been great if they trained their staff better!

Food was delicious and they are very accommodating if you want to switch up a pretzel roll for your chicken for example. DELICIOUS food and desserts. Great waitresses and great view
