世界チャンピオンになったパン屋さん。お店を見ていると試食のパンを渡してくれますが、この時点ですでに美味しい。大きなパンは購入時にカットしてくれるのでご安心を。パイナップルケーキやエッグタルトも美味しいので、こちらも是非。

They have really tasty breads with a good range of selection. But the price tag is still too much for bakery IMO. If you love bread and price is not a concern, then this is the place to be.

柔らかめのパン風の生地に、台南特産のドライリュウガンとワイン、クルミが練りこまれている『酒醸桂圓麺包（リュウガンパン）』、フランスパンのような生地に、バラの花、ライチ、ライチ酒、クルミが練りこまれている『荔枝玫瑰麵包（ライチ薔薇パン）』が人気。後者はパン職人・呉宝春さんが「第1回マスター・ド・ラ・ブーランジュリー」のパン部門グランプリ受賞作で薔薇の香りがします。

兩大明星商品酒釀桂圓麵包和玫瑰荔枝。酒量桂圓紅酒味道濃郁且充滿彈性，越吃越順口；玫瑰荔枝裏頭的荔枝乾非常濕潤，口感偏酸，但一咬下荔枝香氣充滿整個鼻腔，讓整個麵包大加分。冠軍麵包每個人只能二選一，其他麵包可以選六個，通常早上開店後，很快桂圓或荔枝其中一種會銷售一空。下午還會再補一種。另外推薦明太子法國麵包、德國布丁和番茄起司麵包。
