The "spa centre" is awful, but the location is good and the rooms are nice. Just felt a bit over priced for the region.

Dünya da Türkiye'den başka salamına sucuğuna köftesine güvenilebilecek tek ülke var. O da Kosova. Bu otelde buranın en sağlam oteli. Bir yanı nehir diğer yanı şehir merkezi. Şehirde dağlarla çevrili.

Very good hotel but no minibar, room service brought opened and closed bottled waters, sauna facilities are limited. Breakfast has no buffet, good menu they have. Overall good but lack of attention..
