There is a great yoga studio called Trium Fitness found on L3. One studio has high ceiling with great views which is perfect for aerial yoga, and the other is a quiet meditative space.

Surprised that Hourly Carpark is full on weekdays peak lunch hour eventhough there's still a lot of vacant lots on level 1.

There's not much lunch crowd on weekends. The big aircon food court (opens till 8.45pm) with windows seats are reasonably peaceful place to hang out for food / drink / paperwork / discussion.

The small eateries along the 24hrs Cold Storage stretch are closed on weekends, only the near-empty restaurants (except Tim Ho Wan), 2 hotpot outlets and food court are opened on weekends.
