Super friendly, honest, helpful staff and a nice selection of not just food but toys and so forth. Prices are higher than online, but you're paying for convenience and experience and staff knowledge.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They carry the litter my cat likes that is hard to find at bigger pet stores.
