They had a car, when Hertz didn’t! The car was clean, and comfortable! Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our trip a lot more!

Terrible staff. I couldn't hear Kim and had to ask over for her to speak up and I was treated as a difficult customer! And I have perfect hearing! What a terrible exchange. Never again Avis.

Took us an hour to get through the queue and on our way. Make sure to build in that time to your schedule.

Continuously has the longest lines at the Rental Car faculty. If using Avis or Budget make sure to budget a 45 to 60 minute check in procedure when arriving.

To return my car, board the shuttle, and arrive at the United terminal took just under 20 minutes. I think this is acceptable! Don't wait to the last minute and blame Avis.
