新穂高ロープウェイに向かう途中で、左手に見える看板を目印に沢へ降りて行くと、深山荘があります。遮るものが何もない露天は入浴料500円。一番川側の大露天など混浴なのでご注意を

The chartered open-air baths are across the bridge and to the right between some large rocks as you're leaving the hotel. Make sure to snag a key from the front desk before heading out there.

Not much soundproofing here: use earplugs liberally, especially if you have noisy neighbors.

開放感たっぷりの露天風呂が魅力的です。 消毒(但し、塩素系でなく微量の銅イオン処理)されているのが少し残念ですが、それを遥かに超える魅力がここにあります。 ちなみに内湯利用の場合は＋200円です。
