Good hotel, well located. Washroom is a little bit weird because of the glass doors. It is not private. Room is ok.

The concierge service was amazing!!! Very friendly and super helpful in arranging our trip to Malaysia. Check-in and check-out process wasn't as smooth though. Quite far from the main attractions.

Smoking friendly hotel - many places to smoke, including in the room, nice swimming pool, could also smoke there, everything else is good except: hot water, it's too hot.

Executive rooms have comfy beds and are spacious. Tap in the toilet was slightly leaky tho. Rain shower available but bath tub fit only for one person.
