台北の中心駅。ショッピングモール併設で、台湾式・日本式の駅弁が買えます。台湾新幹線、MRT、桃園機場捷運は乗換え。Taipei Main Station, with big shopping mall. Taiwanese and Japanese Bento are available.You can transfer to THSR, MRT and Taoyuan Airport MRT.

If you plan on taking the Metro, walk towards car 10, this prevents getting lost in the underground maze.

Main hall looks very nice. Lots of food and shopping around. In Visitors Information Center you can get access to free wifi that works across the city.

Big and organised train station. Can be quite confusing in the beginning, so don't hesitate to ask help desk or locals for help.

ホームは地下2階に2面4線あり、別に通過線が1本ある台湾を代表する駅。線路に余裕がないためほぼ全列車が周辺の駅を始発・終着としており、乗り過ごしには要注意。券売機は通常のものと対号列車用の2種類あり、座席指定を受ける場合は後者を使用する。基本的に、新竹・台中・台南・高雄方面は第3月台、基隆・花蓮・台東方面は第4月台から発着する。

便當本舗：2012/9/18関西テレビ「カスペ！こんなに近くてこんなに美味い海外がココにあった！2時間で台湾行った気になれるSP」土方DR訪問。構内で人気の駅弁屋。駅弁全4種、一番人気は台鐵便當（台鉄弁当）60元。排骨飯便當（豚肉弁当）で、油揚げした大きな骨付豚肉とゆで玉子が入っている。肉がやわらかく甘辛いタレが美味。
