They have a table inside the kitchen you can reserve (may just be if you do a tasting menu). Lots of fun!

Lamb shank was bomb. The black bean soup was pretty unique- not for everyone, but I liked it.

A fancy American nouveau restaurant, an ideal option for a beautiful celebration. Try Chocolate Toffee Almond Crunch Cake ($7.5), it's awesome

Feeling fancy? Mark Dommen is one of the best, but least hyped, chefs in the Bay Area. His six-course tasting menu ($79) is a bargain for the quality. Try the chocolate toffee almond crunch cake here.

Sliders are delicious, stay away from that Bratwurst, if you are used to a real German Bratwurst! Sauerkraut was good though.....

Almost everything on the menu is great. The one disappointment is the cauliflower side, which was insipid.

I had Fried Calamari and Chickpea Fries along with a couple of Anchor Steams at the bar. The food is excellent, so are the beers on tap.

Very yummy and cooked to perfection. The kitchen looks like an assembly line and is open for everyone to see. Great food. Great for lunch meetings. There's a reason why it has a Michelin star.

Swank ambiance and personalized customer service. Delish cuisine, especially the salmon-topped melon squares and the bacon-wrapped pork loin atop creamed spinach and a baked apple slice.
