Toilets. There are none at this station. The nearest is just before Exit A, Square 2 level B1 foodcourt, or at Novena Square, next to the UOB bank on level 1 (exit B)

Mall on top of MRT with good food choices. Try Lingzhi for vegetarian on floor 3.

Access to medical facilities. Take exit A to Novena Medical Ctr, Novena Specialist Ctr, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Ren Ci Community Hospital, Mt E Novena Hospital
