I felt being cheated2, when she charged me another RM10 for untangling my dog's fur.When i wanted2 change my time of appointment, she said cannot if i'm using coupons. If walk-in, i can anytime. WTH!

Worse pet shop.Never gonna step in anymore.If i hadn't bought 5 coupons from everyday.com, i wouldn't have gone back there after my first visit. The attitude of d lady in charge was terrible&rude!
